Dieser Vorgang wird oft auch als \u201c<strong>Skonto ziehen<\/strong>\u201d bezeichnet. Wenn du die Rechnung allerdings erst <strong>nach Ablauf der Skontofrist<\/strong> begleichst, bezahlst du den vollen Rechnungspreis.[\/vc_column_text][\/vc_column][\/vc_row][vc_row][vc_column][vc_column_text]Meistens wird dieser <strong>zeitbedingte Nachlass<\/strong> auf der Rechnung in dieser Form vermerkt: \u201c<em>2% Skonto f\u00fcr eine Zahlung innerhalb von 14 Tagen<\/em>\u201d. Damit wollen die Unternehmen einen <strong>Anreiz<\/strong> setzen, die Rechnung <strong>fr\u00fchzeitig<\/strong> zu zahlen. Somit kann das Geld fr\u00fcher anderweitig verwendet werden.[\/vc_column_text][vc_single_image image=&#8220;11093&#8243; img_size=&#8220;full&#8220; alignment=&#8220;center&#8220;][vc_column_text]Es gibt allerdings <strong>keine<\/strong> gesetzliche Verpflichtung, Skonti zu gew\u00e4hren. Es ist ein freiwilliges Angebot der Unternehmen, damit du als Kunde schneller deine Rechnung begleichst. Vielleicht fragst du dich jetzt: \u201c<em>Aber es gibt doch auch Rabatte. Wo liegt denn jetzt der Unterschied?<\/em>\u201d[\/vc_column_text][vc_separator color=&#8220;turquoise&#8220; border_width=&#8220;6&#8243;][\/vc_column][\/vc_row][vc_row][vc_column][vc_column_text]<\/p>\n<h3><span class=\"ez-toc-section\" id=\"Unterschied_Skonto_Rabatt\"><\/span>Unterschied Skonto Rabatt<span class=\"ez-toc-section-end\"><\/span><\/h3>\n<p>[\/vc_column_text][\/vc_column][\/vc_row][vc_row][vc_column][vc_column_text]Der Unterschied zwischen Skonto und Rabatt liegt darin, dass es bei einem <strong>Rabatt<\/strong> meistens um einen <strong>mengenbedingten Nachlass<\/strong> geht, wobei <strong>Skonti zeitbedingte Nachl\u00e4sse<\/strong> sind. Rabatte werden dir also gew\u00e4hrt, wenn du beispielsweise 3000 Schrauben erwirbst, w\u00e4hrend Skonti dir gew\u00e4hrt werden, wenn du zeitig zahlst.<\/p>\n<p>Eine Sonderform ist der sogenannte <strong>Barzahlungsrabatt<\/strong>. Nun erh\u00e4ltst du von deinem Webhoster eine Rechnung von <strong>100\u20ac<\/strong> plus <strong>19\u20ac<\/strong> Mehrwertsteuer f\u00fcr das Hosten deiner Internetseiten in einem Jahr. Der Betrag, den du \u00fcberweist, ist also <strong>119\u20ac-2,38\u20ac=116,62\u20ac<\/strong>.<\/p>\n<p>Wenn du nur den zeitbedingten Nachlass f\u00fcr den Netto-Rechnungsbetrag bestimmen willst, rechnest du : Skonto = (100\u20acx2)\/100=2\u20ac. Das musst du wissen<span class=\"ez-toc-section-end\"><\/span><\/h3>\n<p>[\/vc_column_text][\/vc_column][\/vc_row][vc_row][vc_column][vc_column_text]Wenn dir als Endkunde Skonto gew\u00e4hrt wird, dann ist die Bemessungsgrundlage <strong>immer der Bruttobetrag<\/strong> (inklusive Mehrwertsteuer). Bei Unternehmen allerdings, also deiner fiktiven Webagentur, ist es aus betriebswirtschaftlicher Sicht egal, ob es vom Netto- oder Bruttobetrag abgezogen wird. Das liegt daran, dass die Umsatzsteuer ein <strong>durchlaufender Posten<\/strong> ist. Dies f\u00fchrt jetzt also dazu, dass der <strong>gewerbliche Rechnungsempf\u00e4nger<\/strong> den Abzug im Regelfall vom <strong>Netto-Betrag<\/strong> abziehen wird.[\/vc_column_text][vc_separator color=&#8220;turquoise&#8220; border_width=&#8220;6&#8243;][\/vc_column][\/vc_row][vc_row][vc_column][vc_column_text]<\/p>\n<h2><span class=\"ez-toc-section\" id=\"Skonto_buchen_%E2%80%93_so_machst_du_es_richtig\"><\/span>Skonto buchen &#8211; so machst du es richtig<span class=\"ez-toc-section-end\"><\/span><\/h2>\n<p>[\/vc_column_text][\/vc_column][\/vc_row][vc_row][vc_column][vc_column_text]Skonti sind zwar <strong>Anschaffungspreisminderungen<\/strong> und fallen damit in dieselbe Kategorie wie <strong>Boni<\/strong> und <strong>Rabatte<\/strong>, werden buchhalterisch jedoch anders gehandhabt. Das liegt daran, dass Skonti erst <strong>nach<\/strong> der Rechnungsstellung in Anspruch genommen und gew\u00e4hrt werden. Deshalb muss man sie im Gegensatz zu Rabatten auch buchhalterisch erfassen.<\/p>\n<p>Nehmen wir wieder unser Beispiel von oben. Wir haben eine Nettorechnung von <strong>119\u20ac<\/strong> und nehmen die <strong>2%<\/strong> Skonto in Anspruch. Sowohl wir als auch der Rechnungssteller m\u00fcssen den Skontobetrag als Nachlass auf den urspr\u00fcnglichen Rechnungsbetrag buchen. Das kann au\u00dferdem \u00fcber eine Netto- oder einer Bruttobuchung erfolgen.
